Our Commitment

Caribbean Waters Pool Service LLC delivers professional residential pool maintenance with consistency, reliability, and clear communication.

As a veteran-owned business, we operate with integrity, professionalism, and respect for your property. Our goal is simple: keep your pool clean, safe, and swim-ready year-round.

Scope of Service

Weekly service includes routine cleaning, water testing and balancing, debris removal, and visual equipment checks.

Services outside standard maintenance may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:

  • Algae treatments

  • Post-storm cleanup

  • Salt cell cleaning

  • Specialty chemical treatments

  • Equipment repairs or part replacements

*Customers will be notified prior to performing additional services.

Property Access

Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to:

  • The pool area

  • All gates and entry points

  • Pool equipment and electrical panels

Pets must be secured on service days.

If access is not available, the visit may be skipped and billed as scheduled.

Weather & Storm Conditions

Service may be delayed or modified due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

Storm-related debris removal and recovery are not included in standard weekly service and may be billed separately.

Equipment & Utilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining:

  • Proper water level

  • Functional electrical service

  • Operational pool equipment

If equipment failure prevents proper service, the issue will be reported. Repairs are not included unless separately approved.

Billing & Payments

Service is billed monthly unless otherwise arranged.

Payment is due upon receipt. Late payments may result in temporary service suspension until the account is brought current.

Cancellations

Service may be discontinued at any time by either party.

Customers may notify us in person or by phone if they no longer wish to continue service. Any outstanding balance for completed services must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

Limitation of Responsibility

Caribbean Waters Pool Service LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing equipment failures

  • Structural pool damage

  • Surface staining caused by prior chemical conditions

  • Acts of nature or extreme weather events

Visible issues observed during service will be communicated promptly.

Full Service Agreement

A detailed Service Agreement outlining pricing, service specifics, and customer authorizations is provided through our customer management system and must be accepted prior to the start of recurring service.
